Terms of purchase

Ordering

All items must be ordered and paid for through the online store. Select the desired  product and pay by card at check-out. When re-ordering, the online store must be used. Our normal  delivery time is 2-5 days. 

The online store only applies to private individuals. Businesses must contact us directly to establish a customer relationship prior to purchase.  

 
Shipping and delivery

 

All orders are sent by default with Posten Norge AS or Schenker. Normal mailing is 2-5  working days. Popcorn Compagniet AS does not take responsibility for any delays in postage. The buyer is responsible for retrieving the package on the allotted basis  place of delivery.  The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and priced  based on weight.

Payment

 

Payment is made at check out in  the box.  We use the payment service Stripe. You can pay with  most types of bank and credit cards, and you do not need an account or to be logged in to pay securely. Paying with Stripe is free of charge for you as a buyer (if any  transaction costs from your bank apply as normal).

 
 
Right of withdrawal
 

If you regret a purchase, the Right of Withdrawal Act applies. Get in touch as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received the item if you wish to regret a purchase. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received the item, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §21. You as a consumer must send the item back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from notification of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal stipulates that you as a customer bear the costs yourself, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §8 point i.

The item must be returned in original packaging, and any seals must not be broken.

 

The right of withdrawal gives traders the right to charge you as a customer if the product has been reduced in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature, property, and / or function, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §25. The Act only applies to consumer purchases.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

- The right of withdrawal does not apply to food

- Uncollected package (not picked up from the place of delivery) is not considered a right of withdrawal. In case of uncollected package, the seller will be able to charge the customer a fee of 250, - for additional costs for returned shipment.

Complaints and warranty

Popcorn Compagniet AS sells all electrical products  2  year warranty / right of complaint.  Manufacturing defects must be found by Popcorn Compagniet AS, where you as a customer are offered a free repair or alternatively a new product (up to 2 times). The product must be reported and submitted to us within a reasonable time when the defect is discovered by the customer.  Complaints must be made no later than two years after the consumer took over the product.

The right to make a complaint does not apply if we can not find any fault with the product, or if you have caused the damage yourself. Product complaints do not apply to handling errors, incorrectly installed / installed product or errors that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other modification of the product.

For complaints, log in to My Page, Order History, and find the order / order number you  must advertise on. Contact us and provide information about the order number in the event of a complaint.

All successes in a complaint case lead to a full refund, including shipping within 14 days after the case has been resolved.
